RULES

All rooms have private bathrooms with shower, hairdryer, window or balcony / terrace-sea view, TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, individually controlled air conditioning and hot air, safe and mini-bar.

STATEMENTS

The Customer declares to have filled out the data collection form, at the end of the online booking, in a complete and truthful manner and assumes all responsibility in the event of any false declarations or incomplete or incorrect indication of the data.

The hotelier is fully responsible for the validity and constant updating of the data and information contained on this site, with particular reference to the services offered.

ACCOMMODATION CONTRACT

Following the booking, the accommodation contract is immediately formalized between the person booking and the Hotel. All rights and duties deriving from the contract are realized directly and exclusively between the person who books and the Hotel. The e-mail message received from the person booking will have the value of confirming the reservation of the room / service and must be shown on arrival at the hotel as a voucher, valid for the recognition of his right.

ROOM AND OVERNIGHT PRICES

Prices are valid only upon confirmation of booking. For justifiable reasons, XILHOTEL reserves the right to change the rates without notice.

The prices indicated at the time of booking are per room, per night, and include buffet breakfast (except offers where breakfast is not included) and prices include VAT according to the current rate (in case of change of the rate the price will be remodulated accordingly).

TOURIST TAX

The prices shown do not include the tourist tax that the Municipality of Gallipoli imposes, according to modalities and terms that vary from year to year and must be paid on the spot at check-out.

BOOKING METHOD

The definitive booking of the stay at the XILHOTEL requires the crediting of 30% of the total of the stay in one of the following ways:


     

  1. bank transfer and subsequent sending by fax or e-mail of the copy of the transfer made;
  2.  

  3. details of the customer’s credit card from which will be taken , with the explicit consent of the owner, 30% of the total amount of the stay, as a security deposit;
  4.  

  5. direct authorization by the customer through the PayPal circuit, for bookings made on the Hotel Bianco website, of 30% of the total amount of the stay, as a deposit or full amount if requested.

The room will then be confirmed only after receiving the requested amount.

PROMOTIONS

The XILHOTEL reserves the right to request full payment in advance in the event of promotions and / or offers advertised on the website www.xilhotel .it, in this In the event of cancellation of the stay, no refund will be made.

HIGH SEASON AND SPECIAL EVENTS

In the so-called special periods (New Year, Easter, concerts, etc.) the XILHOTEL could accept reservations for at least a number of pre-established nights, in which case the cancellation policy may vary accordingly.

All special events will be reported in advance at the time of booking.

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED

The XILHOTEL accepts all credit cards except for the American Express circuit.

The XILHOTEL reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before arrival, requesting authorization to the circuit to which it belongs.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

In the event of cancellation made within:


     

  • 15 days from arrival, no penalty will be applied and the deposit will be returned;
  •  

  • from the 14th to the 4th day of arrival, the XILHOTEL will keep the deposit, but will give the customer the opportunity to use the sum paid to book a new stay at the property no later than the current calendar year ( except for bookings made in high season: July, August, September and December, in which the deposit will be retained without issuing any “Stay Voucher”;
  •  

  • 3 days from arrival, the deposit will be fully withheld.

In case of no-show, the deposit will be fully retained.

In case of arrival and subsequent cancellation , the XILHOTEL reserves the right to charge a penalty up to 100% of the total stay.

In case of cancellation during the high season period:


     

  • 30% deposit will not be refunded;
  •  

  • from the 30th day to no show, penalty equal to 100% of the value of the stay.

No penalty will be applied if there is the possibility of re-occupy the room as per original booking. In this case the deposit paid will be considered valid for a future booking.

Any confirmation and cancellation policies other than the standard ones indicated above will be specified in the individual booking.

To cancel or modify the reservation, the customer must contact the XILHOTEL directly and receive its written confirmation.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in is possible from 14:00.

Check-out by 10:30 am In case of late check-out with respect to the agreed time, XILHOTEL reserves the right, without further notice, to charge a supplement of one (1) night’s stay at the room rate applicable at that time or to transfer the personal effects of the user in the luggage room (a penalty may be applied to the luggage deposit) and deny any further access to the room.
The XILHOTEL will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the user’s personal effects due to the action (s) taken.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served to customers from 07:30 to 10:00 in the panoramic room of the Hotel located on the first floor. Special dietary requirements should be reported at the time of booking.

HOUSEHOLD

The cleaning service is guaranteed daily from 08:00 to 14:00. For organizational reasons, any needs of the customer must be communicated in advance to the staff present at the reception.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

The XILHOTEL offers customers optional services for a fee, such as breakfast in the room, laundry service, transfers to / from the hotel, car rental, garages, excursions and anything else that may be of interest to the guest, as advertised at the reception .
The parking lot in front of the structure, video-surveillance and non-bookable, the use of the safe, the wi-fi and the use of all the equipment in the rooms, with the exception of the mini-bar products, are free instead must be paid at check-out.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

POSSIBLE DAMAGES

During the stay, the customer is responsible for any damage caused in any way to the room (s) assigned to the property of the hotel on its behalf or to any person in its group (even if it does not stay at the hotel). XILHOTEL reserves the right to withhold credit card and / or debit card data to debit such amounts, as it may, in its sole discretion, deem such card (s) useful to compensate or repair losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred or suffered accordingly. The XILHOTEL also reserves the right to take legal action against the customer without notice.

RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR STAY

The XILHOTEL reserves the right to refuse the stay to any person, without any notice and to cancel any reservation without being obliged to any refund or compensation in the following cases:


     

  • the reservation was paid abnormally;
  •  

  • the booking has been modified by a person other than XILHOTEL or has been tampered with or canceled (in this case the XILHOTEL reserves the right to keep this booking documentation);
  •  

  • the person present at the time of check-in is not the person indicated in the booking confirmation or is unable to prove that he is;
  •  

  • when permitted by the provisions of this Regulation.

HOST

In the event that the customer / s host other people, the latter must deliver their identity document to the reception for the necessary police formalities. If such persons stay longer than 12 hours they will be required to pay the amount due.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The XILHOTEL is responsible for supplying the room (s) and additional services indicated in the confirmation of the reservation (s) and according to these Regulations. You will not be held responsible for the failure to provide all or some of the services due to circumstances beyond your control.

The XILHOTEL will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the goods left in the room by the customers. Customers, at the time of booking, are invited to take out suitable insurance to cover the risk of interruption of the stay, loss of baggage, personal effects, money / valuables, or to cover any damage or personal injury.

Within the XILHOTEL it is strictly NO SMOKING . Failure to comply with this prohibition will entitle the XILHOTEL to interrupt the stay and the client must leave the Hotel immediately.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF USERS BY XILHOTEL

RIGHT OF MODIFICATION TO TERMS AND / OR GENERAL CONDITIONS

The XILHOTEL reserves the right to modify the General Terms and / or Conditions, informing users of this on www.xilhotel.it .

JURISDICTION

The Court of Lecce will have jurisdiction over any dispute concerning these Regulations.
